MEDIA-TECH Association elects new board members
At the recent meeting of the newly-elected board of the MEDIA-TECH Association, the roles of each of the members was confirmed.
These are as follows: Chairman – Marianne Sernevi, AudioDev; Vice Chairman – Boudewijn van Dijk, Philips; Secretary – Thomas Hackl, DaTARIUS; Treasurer – Sylvia Hitzel, Singulus; PR and Marketing Manager – Peter Tinner, Oerlikon.
"We had a very successful first official board meeting," said MEDIA-TECH managing director Bryan Ekus. "The board as a team are all keen to move the Association forward with new initiatives to help its members make the most of existing business opportunities while exploring new technology."
Among these initiatives, said Ekus, are a closer working relationship with other organizations. "We are also planning a presence for members at trade shows in growth areas, and the first of these will be a members' pavilion at the upcoming GITEX in Dubai."
