Key Solutions closes, Mango takes over
French packaging specialist Key Solutions, founded by Jean Noel Fournillier, has been sold to Paris-based Mango SARL, then closed. Mango, of which Fournillier is the sole owner, controlled all patents and registered trademarks.
Mango supplies a broader range of packaging solutions across a range of merchandises, not just packaged media. In its strategy, Mango is partnering with NOVO BOX, a company based in Serbia, of which Fournillier is the sole shareholder.
Mango is expanding its presence in China. In addition to its existing office in Shenzhen, the company has recently open another office in Dongguan close to the manufacturing plants. “This proximity enables us to develop ever more complex collectors’ packaging models,” says Fournillier. “We just finalised the mould for the Star Metalpak XL series with fast application of labels or direct metal imprint which can hold up to nine discs.”
