Testronic Labs, a leader in quality assurance services across the media platforms, is to launch Testronic On-Site, a service to deliver “quality on demand” by providing A/V, disc, metadata, DRM, tape and file master, localization, website, software, and cloud quality assurance services at a client’s location.
Testronic says its On-Site services is already in place at a number of leading companies and facilities, with trained Testronic staff providing services in-house.
Testronic developed On-Site to support the needs of a broad spectrum of clients who are impacted by an evolving content delivery chain, tightened windows, and an increase in specialized digital formats.
Staff, fully trained in all of the latest deliverables, can be deployed to follow Testronic protocol and procedures as if they were at Testronic testing facilities, but in line with a client’s internal QC budget and seamlessly integrated into their own environment, says the company. This new service offers clients “the efficiencies and convenience of having QA/QC in-house, while providing the flexibility to quickly and easily scale to day-to-day workload fluctuations.”
Testronic On-Site provides clients with a variety of solutions; including an On-Site Manager or Coordinator, a designated Client Liaison, TL Certified technicians, report writing, and issue verification.
“Our clients are working under pressure to deliver projects that now include hundreds of delivery formats, with varied specs, on a shortened turnaround,” noted Jason Gish, Vice President of Business Development for Testronic Labs. “We looked at what these changes mean to our customers and saw a great benefit to placing our highly trained Testronic staff directly into their locations. On-Site offers them an affordable, professional option that can be implemented quickly and efficiently by putting the right people in the right jobs with one call. When the assignment is completed the team is sent back to Testronic, and they can return as needed. It is a simple concept that is extremely meaningful to our clients.”
