California, North Hollywood-based Blu-ray testing and certification facility BluFocus has formed the BluFocusGroup, a division designed to assist software, website and mobile app developers, publishers and content owners "in determining and meeting consumers' experience expectations."
The company says clients can now utilise this division for subjective insight on design, structure and organisation of software and new technologies. Different from typical focus groups which concentrate on completed products or general consumer likes and dislikes, the BluFocusGroup will provide a unique service utilising its technical expertise to provide subjective guidance during application and technology concept, development and/or completed phases.
"For years, BluFocus has succesfully provided services to ensure proper functionality so products and technologies work correctly and as expected," says Paulette Pantoja, CEO and Founder. "Now, by request, we will also focus on ensuring that they are simple to use, understandable, intuitive, and most importantly, deliver an engaging user experience."
