Volfoni, specialist in 3D equipment, has acquired TriOviz, a French immersion-gaming company based in Paris and Los Angeles. TriOviz has created the first stereoscopic 3D middleware for top-selling games such as Assassin's Creed III and Assassin's Creed: Revelations (Ubisoft), Batman: Arkham City and Batman Arkham Asylum (Warner Interactive), and Gears of War 3 (Microsoft Studios).
