BDMO glides in eco-friendly sky with new pack
Belgium-French packaging solution specialist BDMO unveils its resource- and environment-friendly Gliderpack product, which can be fully recycled.
Offering many different variations, the Gliderpack can be designed either for one or two DVDs or CDs. Iinspection windows on the front and/or back can be added, showing the discs inside if desired. Furthermore, it can be adapted to all kinds of individual customer requirements.
For the whole production process, BDMO completely avoids any component which can be hard on the environment – from development to disposal of the packs. Only FSC/PEFC-certified material is used.
"The Gliderpack is an astoundingly simple way of packaging CDs and DVDs, which nevertheless fulfils the high expectations that modern communication requires, " says the company. "With its reduced weight, this new packaging solution highlights a sustainable and significant expression of BDMO’s eco-friendly concern over the whole lifetime of the product."
Earlier this year, BDMO had introduced the BluSky Pack.
