Leading quality assurance and testing services provider Testronic Laboratories has appointed Seth Hallen to the post of CEO. He takes over from Neil Goodall who is stepping down from the business.
Hallen was formerly the President of Testronic Labs in the US and now assumes the role of CEO of Testronic Labs. He will focus on the continued development of all business lines and operations of Testronic Labs world-wide.
Prior to joining Testronic, Hallen was Vice President of North American Operations at Lightworks, the developer and supplier of high-end editing solutions for film and television. He started his career in home video at Lightning Media in Hollywood, where he handled sales, marketing and business development overseeing their Digital Media Services and DVD Authoring divisions. He then moved into television production and became the Director of Marketing and Business Development at the commercial production company Big Picture Studios. He gained further experience in the prep to post supply chain as Executive Vice President of Standard, a full-service production and editorial facility in Los Angeles.
His production expertise was recognised when he won an Emmy Award in 2005 as Producer of TalkShow.TV, a talk/reality show, which was honoured as Best Magazine Format Broadcast.
Hallen currently serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Media & Entertainment Services Alliance (MESA) as well as being a board member of both the Hollywood Post Alliance and the International Digital Media Alliance.
